TIBA Parking Launches the PI Business Intelligence Platform, Transforming and Modernizing Off-Street Parking Operations

Columbus, OH (June 7, 2019) — In response to parking operators’ and owners’ demands to modernize their operations, increase revenue and profitability, and enhance business decisions based on parking specific data, TIBA is launching their new PI (Parking Intelligence) platform for real-time business analytics. PI will be launching at the IPMI Conference & Expo and is part of the “Engaged Parking Experience” product suite, which includes new lane and payment equipment, cloud solutions and PARCS management, a completely new mobile-based platform for digital operators and customers, along with PI cross-brand parking intelligence service. By automatically aggregating data from multiple PARCS (Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems), PI identifies trends and inefficiencies in parking operations. PI business intelligence provides multiple occupancy analytics such as occupancy over time, average entries per hour, parking durations, occupancy utilization, and returning drivers per type. PI also provides revenue analytics including revenue generated over time, daily revenue per entry time, revenue per space and daily revenue per space. PI collects its data automatically from multiple facilities and displays the data effortlessly on a personalized, parking specific dashboard. All the data collected can be exported in various formats to be used by third party applications.
