Columbus, OH (June 7, 2019) — In response to parking operators’ and owners’ demands to modernize their operations, increase revenue and profitability, and enhance business decisions based on parking specific data, TIBA is launching their new PI (Parking Intelligence) platform for real-time business analytics. PI will be launching at the IPMI Conference & Expo and is part of the “Engaged Parking Experience” product suite, which includes new lane and payment equipment, cloud solutions and PARCS management, a completely new mobile-based platform for digital operators and customers, along with PI cross-brand parking intelligence service. The suite will allow operators to reduce overall operational costs, increase efficiency, simplify installation and serviceability, and increase security of systems.
TIBA’s new PI business intelligence platform, to be unveiled at IPMI, was developed specifically for parking and is based on decades of knowhow in the parking industry. PI provides parking optimization based on data driven decisions and includes an easy and intuitive visualization of real-time and historical information. By automatically aggregating data from multiple PARCS (Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems), PI identifies trends and inefficiencies in parking operations. PI allows parking operators and owners to improve their facility efficiencies and set targets and goals for each facility based on historical and current data.
PI business intelligence provides multiple occupancy analytics such as occupancy over time, average entries per hour, parking durations, occupancy utilization, and returning drivers per type. PI also provides revenue analytics including revenue generated over time, daily revenue per entry time, revenue per space and daily revenue per space. PI collects its data automatically from multiple facilities and displays the data effortlessly on a personalized, parking specific dashboard. All the data collected can be exported in various formats to be used by third party applications.
parking operators and drivers enter the new age of cloud computing and
connected cars, they need the wealth of data collected to provide them with
improved decision making. With PI’s automatic data aggregation and analytics, operators
are now able to spend more time analyzing data and making appropriate business
decisions. TIBA also ensures that its’ PI platform can automatically manage
data from multiple facilities and multiple PARCS vendors,” said Moshe David, CEO
of TIBA. “We provide the tools for our customers to be efficient, cost
competitive, and modern.”
“We are excited for the opportunity to expose
TIBA’s new PI business intelligence platform to our customers,” said Rob Bell, President
at Precision Technology Solutions. “As a Value-Add Reseller, we have been asked
by our customers to provide new and improved business solutions to our
